  16. Get of Chilli Garlic Dip.
  17. Get 3 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped.
  18. Use 1 of big chillies.
  19. Use 3 pcs of chilli padi (you can always add more or use less according to your preference).
  20. Provide of Sugar, salt, chicken seasoning, pepper to tase.

Instructions to make Chicken Siew Mai:
