  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes, add them into a saucepan and cover with water and cook until soft..
  3. Dice the chicken up into cubes and fry until cooked. Leave until the sauce is ready..
  4. To make the sauce melt the butter in a saucepan and add plain flour until it looks like a paste. Then add the milk stir with a whisk and dont stop or it will go lumpy. When its thick add the cheese..
  5. Add the chicken to the sauce and make sure it's all covered..
  6. Drain the potatoes and mash and then add the butter and milk until smooth..
  7. Add the chicken into the dish and add the mash on top. You can pipe it on or put it on with a fork and flatten it but not too much or the heat wont get through..
  8. Add the extra cheese on top and cook until golden brown. Let it cook a little bit until serving..
