  20. Use Vegetable filling :-
  21. You need 1/4 cup Carrot chopped
  22. Prepare 1/4 cup Cabbage chopped
  23. Provide Spring onions leaves 1/8 cup
  24. Get 1/8 cup Peas boiled
  25. Prepare 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  26. Get 1/2 tsp Salt
  27. Prepare 1/2 cup Chicken boiled and shredded
  28. Get Samosa dough as required
Instructions to make Assorted Samosas:
  1. Prepare potato filling. Add oil in a pan add potatoes and cook for a minute.
  2. Add all the spices mentioned. Give a good mix.
  3. Add coriander and green chillies. Mix
  4. Allow it to cool completely before filling in samosa patti.
  5. Prepare qeema filling. Dump all the ingredients in a pot. Donot add oil.
  6. Cook until the water of qeema dries and qeema is tender.
  7. Mix well. Allow to cool completely before filling in samosa patti.
  8. Prepare vegetable filling. Simply mix all the mentioned ingredients in a bowl.
  9. Fill in the samosa Patti.
